Choose Little Red Lakehouse if you’re bringing a dog or prefer a one-level interior with no stairs inside the home and no carpet. Despite the name, Little Red Lakehouse is not the smaller cottage — it is about 100 square feet larger inside.

Summer Rates (June 15 – August 31)

Peak beach and boating season:

  • $265 per night
  • 4-night minimum stay
  • $80 exit cleaning fee

Spring & Fall Rates (May 1 – June 14 and September 1 – October 31)

Great for wineries, fishing, boating, fall festivals, leaf peeping, harvest season, and quieter Lake Erie stays:

  • $249 weekend nights
  • $199 weeknights
  • 2-night minimum stay
  • $80 exit cleaning fee

Winter Rates (November – April)

Ideal for steelhead fishing, monthly stays, travel workers, and peaceful lake getaways

Yes. Guests have access to Woodmere Beach through the private beach association. The beach access is easier than many Lake Erie shoreline spots because there are no cliffs, long staircases, or difficult hikes.
