Both cottages have the same number of bedrooms, same bed sizes, first-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, and many of the same amenities.

Choose Just Beachy if you want to be closest to the lake, have a larger backyard, or like having a loft living area for extra hangout space.

Choose Little Red Lakehouse if you’re bringing a dog or prefer a one-level interior with no stairs inside the home and no carpet. Despite the name, Little Red Lakehouse is not the smaller cottage — it is about 100 square feet larger inside.

Winter Rates (November – April)
